Our in house team of specialists cover all aspects of construction to provide a completely turn key solution. Whether small or large scale projects, our team of time served tradesmen undertake all site based works from building each isolated structure, installation and integration of mechanical & electrical services all the way to plastering, final decoration and floor covreings.
From inception, one of our dedicated project managers will be assigned to each scheme alongside a full time site manager throughout the build process. Any design development variations are efficiently processed by our approachable team to ensure all projects remain on track.
Frequent site inspections will be undertaken by our project managers to provide accurate updates on progress and detailed valuations.
We utilise our own in house electrical and mechanical team to install air-conditioning, ventilation, power and data.
Alongside quality, we pride ourselves on our high standards for health and safety business-wide. All site operatives hold CSCS cards and are trained regularly on all equipment used throughout the construction process. Our Project managers conduct regular audits to ensure our health and safety standards are being maintained. We are proud members of CHAS and currently possess advanced accreditation.
