Josef Keeling
Joe joined TSP in 2007, following two years of site based work in the UK and abroad, Joe began work at TSP's manufacturing facility before accepting the challenging role of Production Manager in 2010. After 6 years in that post and with a passion for organisation, Joe shifted focus to project management before becoming managing director in 2019. On top of almost 15 years industry experience gained with TSP, Joe holds both prince 2 practitioner and IOSH health and safety management qualifications alongside a City & Guilds in AutoCAD design.
Jodie Owen
Jodie joined TSP in 2011 after graduating from Glyndwr University in 2009. Since joining TSP Jodie has worked across multiple departments, from purchasing to sales. She has built an extensive knowledge base of all aspects of the business, while undertaking her level 3 accountancy qualification. Jodie has a passion for the business and is a key driving force behind TSP’s success. Jodie has worked within the finance department since 2016 and was appointed Finance Director in 2018.
Chris Smout
Chris joined TSP in 2007 within the design department and after two years was promoted to Design & Project Manager. During this role he attended the University of Salford where he gained his Post-Graduate Diploma with the Institute of Acoustics. In 2017, Chris became the Head of Sales and two short years later was appointed as Commercial Director. Chris possesses 15 years of design and acoustic knowledge with a focus on media facilities maintaining TSP as a market leader within the industry. Chris also operates his own studio which covers both music, post-production and videography, bringing his real world knowledge of the industry to our clients.
