Chichester University and a new Technical Building at their Bognor Regis campus aptly named "Tech Park" which features a plethora of high end Audio, Video and Film studios designed and built by us during 2017-2018. The building also houses a brand new Engineering facility making the campus a magnet for critical students along with local and London media companies also looking to utilise the well equipped studios. The project we undertook included all design, room construction, mechanical and electrical services installations along with Technical Furniture and a well thought out and comprehensive AV infra-structure installation linking all media areas.

The areas under our remit included a 250sqm Fully floating Sound Stage with Mezzanine Control Room, 78sqm Green Screen with full chromakey backdrop, Machine Room, 40sqm Online/Dub Theatre, 3 x Online Suites, 6 x Offline Suite, an SSL Duality equipped Music Control Room along with a 55sqm Live Room all designed and built to the highest possible performance standards. The project was completed in May 2019 with a grand opening by Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
